Connexions Integrated Learning Hub is Singapore’s first comprehensive, outcome-focused centre dedicated to supporting young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who have higher support needs. Designed specifically for individuals aged 18 and above, the hub offers holistic, person-centred solutions that bridge the gaps between intervention, wellness, independence, and meaningful work.



We focus on four core areas:
