DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd provides corporate secretarial, immigration, and document process services to corporate and individual clients of Drew & Napier LLC, and other businesses operating in and outside Singapore.

We offer a wide range of routine corporate secretarial services which include company formation and compliance with the demands of the Companies Act, and the SGX Listing Manual. As a process agent, we notify clients of documents received and take charge of other administrative procedures.

We are a respected service provider of immigration applications in Singapore. Our expertise includes residence applications through the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority, and employment permit applications through the Ministry of Manpower.

We act as independent scrutineers for poll voting during general meetings of companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. Our independent scrutineers will ensure that satisfactory procedures of the voting process are in place before the general meeting and we will direct and supervise the count of the votes cast through proxy and in person.
