FOC Sentosa is the brain-child of a collaboration between Nandu Jubany, a 1-star Michelin Chef hailing from Barcelona, Jordi Noguera, formerly Head Chef of Foodbar Dada and Dario Knox, an award winning mxologist formerly from W Barcelona and Catalunya restaurant in Singapore.
The restaurant offers a Catalan/Mediterranian style cusine offered on small plates in a bar setting, combined with a fine selection of specially crafted cocktails as well as wines and spirits.
Foc means "'fire" in the Catalan language (Barcelona region in Spain). We hope to bring a bit of the passion, street vibe and energy from the lively Barcelona tapas scene to Singapore.
