FOSTA Pte Ltd, since 2004, specialises in soil investigation, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring works, pile tests and carbon fibre wrap services.  It registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA, www.bca.gov.sg) as site investigation specialist builder (CR15) and accredited testing body for pile PDA and PIT tests under SINGLAS scheme of Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC, www.sac-accreditation.gov.sg). 

Over the past 12 years, it has carried out a large number of projects and term contracts for private sector and Singapore government such as marine deep-water soil investigation for JTC and jetty, hydrofracture, pressuremeter, packer, deep borehole imaging and temperature tests, geophysicals and inclined drilling for deep tunnel project, slope investigation term contract for HDB and PUB, special lab tests for soils and rocks (in UK), real-time noise and vibration monitoring, inclinometers, recharge wells, automated tunnel monitoring, automated strain gauge monitoring for deep excavation, large-scale underground water level monitoring, and bridge and building strengthening using carbon fibres, etc.
