Quantity Surveyor

- At leas a recognised diploma/degree in buildng/architectural/other quaifatons in similar field.

- Min 3 years related working experience in consultant QS firms or Deveoper organisations.

- Assist in contractural and costing matters and ensure compliance with appropriate tendering and procurement procedures. Explore and implement innovative slutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy and related fuctions.

- Conversant in vetting submissons by external consultants on contract administration matters like assessment of contractor's claims for variation works, EOT, loss and expense and final accounts.

- Good negotiatons skills with contractors and suppliers.

- Must be dynamic, self motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
