Bookkeeping/Accounts:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bookkeeping and Inventory activities


• Monthly revaluation of AR, AP, Bank accounts and AR Statements / Aging report


• GST submission


• Monthly CPF submission


• Preparing full set of accounts, to produce accurate end financial report and management accounting


• Handles petty cash and bank matters


• Prepare official Invoice and DO’s for project

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must posses at least a Graduate/Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accountancy or equivalent


• At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position


• Proficient with MS Office, Singapore Accounting software and business enterprise software
