Post 1. Scrub Nurse

The primary role of a scrub nurse is to assist the surgeon as needed during a procedure. Scrub nurses are expected to maintain a suitable stock of sterile instruments, sponges and suturing materials close at hand for the surgeon's use, and to pass them as requested by the surgeon. The scrub nurse should understand surgical procedures well enough to anticipate which items will be wanted and in which order, allowing the surgeon to work efficiently and without wasted time. If necessary, the scrub nurse can obtain additional quantities of sterile dressings and instruments from a circulating nurse.

Post 2. Staff Nurse

 Admit new patients to OR, Ensure nursing care, Relate with patient and relatives, Manage patient files and records,
