Oaks Plus Limited (hereafter known as “OPL”) is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) with Charity status that is committed to assisting underprivileged kids and their families. As one of the appointed operators under ECDA's Partner Operator Scheme, we believe that every child should have equal access to opportunities in learning and education and reach their maximum potential in life regardless of their socioeconomic status.

OPL has experience in serving Singapore’s multi-racial community. Presently, OPL owns and operates 7oaks Preschool centres, offering affordable and quality early childhood offerings that encompass a robust curriculum, highly qualified educators and centre leaders, and standards in line with the SPARK accreditation.

OPL has in place an experienced management committee comprising of the Board of Directors and the preschool management team who brings together a myriad of experience and expertise in the day-to-day running of the company and the curation of OPL early childhood strategies.

OPL also works closely with regulatory agencies such as ECDA and MSF to ensure compliance with legal and licensing regulations of its preschool centres.
