PaxOcean is a progressive and integrated marine and offshore service provider, offering rig and vessel construction, ship repair and conversion.

Our operations are carried out by a highly experienced international team with a strong passion for engineering excellence.  We operate a total of six ISO-certified shipyards - one in Singapore, three in Batam and two in China.

Our yards boast wide-ranging capabilities and different specialties, from rig building to shipbuilding, ship repair, drillship re-activation, life-extension, and conversion services.  The yards are strategically located for easy access from North Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania.  We possess a strong track record and reputation for product and service quality, having collectively built some 500 vessels since 2000.
