Presbyterian Preschool Services is the newly established preschool services arm of Presbyterian Community Services (PCS). We have 11 centres across the island.

History

Established in 1974, PCS is a Social Service Agency registered as a charitable body under the Charities Act 1982 and a full member of the National Council of Social Service since 1985.​PCS’ first centre located at Block 113, Bukit Merah View was named “Heng Teck”, offering kindergarten with play and nursery programmes. Its scope of service was later expanded to provide a range of services including infant care, pre-school education, student care, eldercare, financial assistance to families in crisis, and a neighbourhood link project to cater to multi-generational needs of the community.
