SHINE Children and Youth Services was founded in 1976 and is a registered charity and a member of National Council of Social Service. For the past 44 years, SHINE has been providing direct social work services to children, youths and their families. In recognition of its experience and expertise in school social work services, SHINE is appointed by National Council of Social Service as the Centre of Specialisation for School Social Work in Singapore.
