Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home @ Hougang will serve 285 residents, including 114 residents with dementia.  We believe in providing the best quality of life for aging Singaporeans and will strive to facilitate aging in the community. To do that, the Nursing Home will consider all psychosocial, physical, medical and emotional aspects of our clients and create a tranquil, person-centred and safe environment for them.
