The hospitality arm of United Engineers Limited, managed under the “Park Avenue” brand name, was established in 1998. Today, the Group operates and manages a total of 708 hotel rooms and serviced suites in four key nodes of Singapore: Park Avenue Clemenceau in UE Square, Park Avenue Rochester in the mixed-use development at one-north, Park Avenue Changi in UE BizHub EAST and Park Avenue Robertson at Kim Yam Road.
