We are the industry’s largest wholly owned crew supply network, giving us unrivalled loyalty amongst our seafarers, many of which have been with us since cadetship.

The team, which is fully MLC 2006 compliant, determines the allocation of new vessels and fleets to particular Crew Management offices, based on seafarer availability and client requirements, with the majority of fleets assigned to one of the Global Crew Management offices - Manila, Philippines Mumbai, India, Novorossiysk, Russia and Odessa, Ukraine.

The crewing organisation has played a major role in the overall success of V.Group and its primary brand V.Ships, but changes in technology, systems as well as industry and client requirements means the business unit is continually evolving and fine tuning its operations.

We supply crew for vessels of all types, both where we carry out full technical management as well as directly to client who wish to manage themselves.  We will tailor solutions to suit individual needs and requirements.
