As the central coordination hub, the Singapore office leads corporate governance, global HR and finance frameworks, vendor and compliance management, and cross-region operational alignment. In addition to HQ responsibilities, the Singapore factory supports advanced manufacturing, engineering validation, and new product introduction, working closely with China R&D and the U.S. high-volume manufacturing site. Singapore plays a critical role in driving factory setup, operational readiness, and execution excellence across VisionSuit’s worldwide operations
