I am the Founder of AYO Advisory, an Agency Unit representing AXA, under HSBC Life.

I joined the Financial Services Industry 3 decades ago.  I have developed a successful framework, process, and system in training my associates and many of them have become the top 5% of Financial Planners in the world.

I am currently leading a team of pioneers in the industry and 80% of them have been working alongside me for a minimum of 10 to 30 years.
