About Yi TCM

The definition of the Chinese character in our logo, 医, is "doctor". At Yi TCM, we combine Eastern medicine and techniques with Western knowledge to provide you with the best service and results possible.

Our founders are incredibly dedicated to fertility. We realised the necessity of quality medical care for fertility-related issues for our patients. Our firm belief in improving medical care for fertility issues spurred us to open a clinic that specialises in fertility.

Our Clinic and physician are registered with Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB). You can be reassured that all TCM practices are administered safely, based on evidence-based medicine, in conjunction with western approach, managed under quality standards.

We are well known for our fertility treatments. Many couples seeking treatment in fertility come to us not just for the effective treatments we can give but also because we understand and feel with what they have to go through with infertility. The financial costs, the disappointment, the social stress and many other issues couple face with infertility compounds the arduous journey they go through. Hence we make it a comfortable environment here for our patients.

Our physicians share an interest in fertility even though they have knowledge of other aspects of TCM such as pain management, cancer care and improving overall body health. Hair ties in the acupuncture rooms are for our patients to keep, tea bar is complimentary, if you are hungry, we find you something to snack on, toys and coloring books for the little ones that come here and  take one of Yi-chan's babies if it makes you happy! What matters most to us is that you are happy and comfortable here. :)

Work Culture at Yi TCM

We started Yi TCM on the basis to help many couples grow their families. We pay extra detail to the comfort patients feel when they step into our clinic. There are many little things we do to make patients feel at home here. Hence, it is utmost importance to us that our staff care for our patients like they would with their own family and children. The top quality we ask for is being patient centric.

Team work is seldom emphasized on in this sector but at Yi TCM, we emphasizes on team work. If one of us needs to be away, the team will step up to help cover the necessary duties. We are flexible this way to cultivate the most convivial work environment.  During lull hours in the clinic, we sometimes make food together to enjoy a communal lunch as a team. When any problem arises, we focus on finding a solution.
