Junior Banking Group Operations and Technology Talent Acquisition (1-Year Agency Contract)

Role Overview

Global bank looking for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations. This role offers broad exposure to in-house recruitment in a large, fast-paced organisation and is well suited to a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is outgoing, proactive and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.
2. Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
3. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
4. Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.
5. Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management and talent advisory.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.
7. Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

1. Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.
2. Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome.
3. Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.
4. Confident, personable and effective communicator who enjoys working with people.
5. Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
6. Highly organised, quick to learn and able to manage multiple priorities.
7. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine willingness to develop.
