ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Pega Consultant at Synpulse, you will deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives for leading banking and financial services clients. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and enhanced customer experiences

1. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Pega Platform.
2. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
3. Lead technical design discussions and provide development best practices.
4. Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and APIs.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
6. Support Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production releases.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
3. Strong experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow Automation.
4. Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is a definite advantage
5. Experience working on Pega Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), AML, Onboarding, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Technology initiatives is highly advantageous.
6. Strong understanding of system integration patterns, REST/SOAP services, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
7. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
9. Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
