1 Yr Bank Business Analyst /UAT #LTW

Key Responsibilities:

User Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture user needs, expectations, and pain points.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA):

• Document current (as-is) processes and develop future (to-be) processes that align with the new system, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows to meet business objectives.

Functional Specification Document (FSD) Review:

• Review and provide feedback on the Functional Specification Document (FSD) to ensure it aligns with business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to clarify any ambiguities in the FSD.

Test Script Development & UAT:

• Develop comprehensive test scripts based on user requirements and FSD, covering all functional scenarios and edge cases.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end-users to validate system functionality.
• Track and resolve any defects identified during UAT.

Data Migration:

• Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the new core banking system.
• Validate the integrity and completeness of data post-migration.

Post-Production Rollout Support:

• Assist in planning and executing post-production activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the new system.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and present project documentation and status reports.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues related to user requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather user feedback post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to drive continuous enhancements based on user input and evolving business needs.
