Account Assistant
Salary Range: $2800-$3500
Benefits:
- 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay
- 2% Monthly Medical Allowance
- Yearly Salary Increment

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for suppliers and customers.
- Perform general journal entries and manage month-end closing processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
- Process employee payroll, including final salary payments for resigned staff.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks and administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Able to commence work within a short notice period is an added advantage.
