Accounting / Finance - Associate Corporate Accounts & Projects (Route Results)

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end preparation and analysis of route results for SIA operated routes. This position plays an active role in month-end close processes, external reporting, system enhancement initiatives, and cross-functional ad hoc requests.

Key Reponsibilities
Functions of Route Reporting

• Contribute to the month-end closing of operating statistics, including the reconciliation of records between passenger and cargo operations.


• Assist in the calculation and allocation of monthly fixed and variable costs across operated routes.


• Support the preparation of monthly route profitability reports (along with associated annexes) and contribute to the consolidation of the annual route profitability report.


• Prepare monthly bellyhold computations for the Cargo business segment.


• Coordinate the accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting forms and surveys to external industry bodies, liaising closely with internal business units to gather required data.


• Fulfil internal data requests from cross-functional business units to support broader operational and strategic decisions.


• Support ongoing system implementation and/or migration projects.


• Participate in projects or new initiative rollouts by preparing data, performing user acceptance tests, and ensuring reporting readiness.


• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for route reporting workflows.

Others

• Participate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred


• Experience with SAP PaPM will be an advantage


• Meticulous and strong attention to detail.


• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.


• Effective interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.


• Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities.
