Accounting Manager / Accounting Director

• Working location: Clarke Quay
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the accounting department, including personnel management (e.g., approval of leave requests) and the distribution of tasks among supervisors and associates.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates while performing a full range of accounting duties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client management, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations within the team.
• Qualified candidates will receive leads to follow up on; there will be no need to source leads independently. 
• Follow-up activities will include calls, emails, and meetings.
• Additional Compensation: Experienced candidates with a background in Sales or Business Development (BD) will be considered for a higher salary (up to $10k).

Requirements
• A strong background in outsourced accounting or similar environments, with a proven track record of team leadership and personnel management (minimum 4-5 years of experience).
• Sales experience is a valuable asset.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ISCA, or SCTP are advantageous but not mandatory.
