Job Description - Accounts Assistant/ Executive

Duties and responsibilities (Invoicing Team)
- Handling of invoicing, credit note
- Performing data entry and filing
- Journal entries
- Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Attend to and resolve any discrepancies/issues in a timely manner
- Any other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned by superior

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in accountancy
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferred 
- Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently
- Good team player
