Accounts Associate (REF: GCY)

Position: ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATE

#Salary: Up to S$3,500/month

#Location: Walking distance to BUGIS MRT

#Working Hours:  Mon-Fri, 09:00am to 06:00pm

A non-profit professional institute that promotes effective governance and administration of organisations, setting professional standards, is seeking a committed applicant to join as an Accounts Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle and manage full set of accounts including AP, and AR.
• To generate invoices, credit notes, and official receipts
• To handle petty cash
• Prepare monthly reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time, such as data entry, filing and mail processing

Job Qualifications:

• Higher Nitec/ LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting
• Bookkeeping experience and/ or experience in AR / AP
• Familiar with QuickBooks and Xero
