* High-Performing, Fast-Growing Financial Institution
* Shape Rewards Capabilities
* Newly Created Role
Our client is an established and fast-growing financial institution with an expanding international footprint. As the organisation continues to scale, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic rewards professional to build and strengthen its compensation and benefits capabilities, supporting the development of the firm's rewards strategy, governance and infrastructure.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will play a key role in building the firm's rewards capabilities, strengthening its compensation philosophy, governance and operating framework. This is a highly hands-on role where you will design compensation structures, develop reward policies and benefits programmes, establish scalable processes and infrastructure, and lead the annual compensation review cycle for the corporate functions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and the business, you will provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation matters, while further enhancing the firm's proprietary market benchmarking methodology and reward analytics to support informed decision-making.
You are a degree-qualified compensation and benefits professional with relevant experience gained within financial services. Candidates with a strong consulting background advising financial services clients will also be considered.
You combine exceptional analytical capability with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and have experience developing reward frameworks, financial models and governance processes within a complex environment. Commercially astute and intellectually curious, you enjoy solving complex rewards challenges and partnering with senior stakeholders to build scalable capabilities in a fast-growing organisation.
