Job Description - Administrative Executive, Grant Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications, onboarding, claims and other operational transactions.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases and prepare reports.
  • Handle enquiries and liaise with internal teams, customers and external partners.
  • Support daily operations and perform general administrative duties.
  • Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and numeracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive team player with good interpersonal skills.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract option to extend (Immediate)

Able to commit till end Dec 2026

42 hours per week
