Job Scope
- Attend to customersâ inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customersâ premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customersâ expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customersâ report
Requirement
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to manage assigned responsibilities independently and deliver work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform job-related duties.
- Able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
- Candidates with direct working experience may be considered for senior positions, while candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
Working hours:
5 days work week ( Mon to Fri or Tue to Sat )
8.30pm to 6pm
