Analyst / Associate - Debt Capital Markets

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform DCM execution and syndicate function
2. Carry out due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and term sheet, debt restructuring, credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise
3. Prepare pricing runs on various primary and secondary products to sales and targeted investors

Job Specification:

1. University degree in Law or qualified lawyer by training, business management, accounting, economics or finance related disciplines
2. 3 years’ or above DCM execution experience, possess strong legal experience in DCM including fixed income, bond or offshore Renminbi bond market or hands-on rating experience gained at reputable rating companies is preferred
3. Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of HK and PRC markets
4. Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities
5. Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Proficiency in oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
7. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Analyst
