APAC Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

We are working with an Asian-based Medical Devices MNC with a strong vision to provide high quality standards and innovations. They have a staff strength of over 20,000 employees in APAC and are well known for multiple therapeutic areas, including Consumables such as needles and catheters.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales revenue and business strategy for the Medical Consumables portfolio, which include Needles, Syringes, and Catheters. You will look after the Hospitals market locally, while overseeing distributors for the other countries in APAC that are under your remit. You will also provide sales and product training to colleagues in subsidiary offices, while ensuring that they are aligned to the regional commercial strategies. Due to the regional coverage, travel of up to 50% will be expected depending on business needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has some regional experiences in APAC, with 5 - 10 years of Sales track record within Medical Devices space, ideally in Consumable products. Having Nursing background will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will need to have a proven sales track record, with excellent commercial acumen and able to manage distributors regionally.
