ASP. Net CORE Developer

We're a technology startup that provides enterprise SaaS solutions to thousands of international brand owners selling on e-commerce platforms. Our proprietary Scale-matic Tech takes AI automation for advertising optimization to a whole new level.

We're looking for a Senior Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer who preferably has experience in ASP.NET CORE and is keen to be part of a fast-growing e-commerce software startup.

The candidate for the role should be resourceful in troubleshooting and have a passion to learn cutting-edge software development technologies.

Our technology is based on ASP.net Core and leverages on Microsoft Azure platform's various services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To enhance the existing software, created with Asp.net Core with new features needed by our international enterprise users
• Opportunity to work closely with the co-founder and learn from his decades of software development experience
• First-hand experience to decouple the frontend and backend infrastructure
• Improving system quality by refactoring, reducing cyclometric complexity, and adding continuous integration into the process.
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
• Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
• Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering / IT
• Experience in ASP.NET CORE is preferred (Otherwise, you'll need to be willing to learn)
• Strong debugging skills
• Proficiency in async programming
• Experience in continuous integration
• Experience in web API and using other 3rd party APIs
• Experience on Microsoft Azure, Background Services, Azure App Service, and WebJobs is a bonus
• Experience selling on Amazon is not required but will be a bonus
