Key Responsibilities: -

Campaign & Commercial Marketing

  • Plan and execute commercially driven marketing campaigns that support sales objectives across Samsonite group portfolio of brands. 
  • Translate brand campaigns into channel-specific activation plans that maximize visibility, consumer engagement and revenue. 
  • Develop compelling campaign mechanics, promotional initiatives and tactical marketing ideas that drive traffic, conversion and sell-through. 
  • Ensure campaigns are amplified across key customer touchpoints through strategic trade and commercial partners. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness and recommend optimizations to maximize business impact and ROI. 

     

 

Trade Marketing & Commercial Partnerships

  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives with department stores, malls, ecommerce platforms and key commercial partners to maximize campaign reach and sales performance. 
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners to secure incremental marketing support, premium visibility and exclusive campaign opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to develop channel-specific activation plans that support business objectives while respecting each channel's role. 
  • Identify and develop new commercial partnerships that strengthen brand presence, attract new consumers and generate incremental business opportunities. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to amplify campaigns through partner marketing channels, events, sponsorships, roadshows, pop-ups and consumer activations. 
  • Negotiate value-added marketing support and co-investment opportunities with partners to maximize campaign exposure and return on investment. 

 

Marketing Planning & Operations

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with commercial priorities, product launches and key trading periods. 
  • Manage the A&P budget effectively to maximize marketing investment and business performance. 
  • Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and seamless delivery. 
  • Manage campaign assets, marketing collateral and GWP to support successful campaign execution. 


Qualifications

Ideal Background: - 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 4–6 years' experience in trade marketing, commercial marketing or partnership marketing, preferably within retail, FMCG or consumer brands. 
  • Strong experience working with department stores, malls, ecommerce platforms or other commercial partners. 
  • Commercially driven with a proven ability to develop campaigns that deliver measurable sales results.  
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable identifying new opportunities to grow the business. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimise marketing investments. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
