Why This Role Is Valuable 


You will join our new Asia Pacific Digital Workplace Team spanning Singapore, Sydney and Gurgaon, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience in an integrated digital workplace supported by the Service Hub. You will also be an ambassador for digital workplace change management and participate in relevant global collaboration tracks alongside regional colleagues in North America and Europe. A key part of the role is providing remote support via the Service Hub to our Asia Pacific portfolio companies under the Blackstone Group - with presence in Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Japan and Singapore - ensuring ease of onboarding regardless of the size of the portfolio company. 


Based in Singapore, you will be the front-line owner of the end-user service experience - the face of the Service Hub for our regional employees - delivering positive outcomes with a forward-looking, continuous-improvement mindset. 



How You Add Value


(including but are not limited to)



  • Collaborate with fellow Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure seamless service coverage throughout operating hours (the day starts with New Zealand and ends with Gurgaon). 



  • Deliver a superior end-user service experience with positive outcomes, embracing continuous improvement. 



  • Own service requests end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment, seeing each through to closure. 



  • Act as the ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications. 



  • Support and manage end-user computing devices, including the IT Asset and License Inventory. 



  • Support onsite audio/video technologies, including live event support. 



  • Provide first- and second-line remote support to Blackstone Asia Pacific portfolio companies and drive smooth onboarding. 



  • Communicate with third-party companies regarding warranties and service incidents. 

  • Document and maintain IT procedures and the knowledge base. 

  • Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities across the service experience. 





What You Bring To The Role



  • 2+ years of IT Service Delivery experience (candidates with 3+ years preferred). 



  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, O365 / M365, mobile devices, AV/VC, printing, and facility technologies. 



  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes. 



  • Working knowledge of IT connectivity, including network and Wi-Fi (sufficient to triage and escalate). 



  • Excellent customer-service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 



  • Experience working with diverse teams and a willingness to continuously learn in an evolving environment. 



  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 



  • Keeps abreast of the latest technology and cyber security trends.
