Associate Director, AI Acceleration & COE

To accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise. This strategic role will drive execution of the Group AI strategy, shape employee-focused AI initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and champion adoption through influencer networks and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Group AI Strategy & Playbook with OpCos and stakeholders
• Lead the AI for Employee initiative: portfolio prioritisation, roadmap input, and change management
• Drive external partnerships with AI-native companies and ecosystem players
• Build and engage the AI Influencer Network to boost adoption
• Curate AI communications (weekly digest, success stories, external trends)
• Identify and improve processes to accelerate AI delivery and adoption

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 8–10 years experience in AI/data analytics
• Proven track record deploying AI/GenAI solutions from pilot to production with measurable impact
• Strong business acumen linking AI to productivity, CX, revenue, cost efficiency, and risk reduction
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
• Ability to simplify complex AI topics for business audiences
