Capital Advisory Analyst/Associate

This role sits within a growing private markets advisory platform and focuses on supporting alternative investment managers across fundraising and capital formation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members across research, fundraising execution and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising mandates for private equity, venture capital and other alternative investment managers.
• Conduct market, manager and investor research to support fundraising strategy and positioning.
• Prepare investor presentations, due diligence materials and other fundraising collateral.
• Coordinate investor outreach, meetings, follow-ups and ongoing fundraising processes.
• Support senior team members across client mandates, relationship development and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in private markets, investment advisory, fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance or a related field.
• Prior exposure to private equity, venture capital or alternative investments preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, presentation and communication skills.
• Commercial, proactive and hands-on, with an interest in relationship development.
• Adaptable and comfortable working within a lean team, with a genuine interest in building a career in private markets and capital formation.
