Client Implementation Manager, Global Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Onboarding Ownership: Lead complex regional client onboardings (Institutional Separate Accounts, Sub-Advised accounts), account openings, custodian transitions, benchmark changes, and account terminations across APAC.
2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the primary internal liaison across Distribution, Investment teams, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Tech, while partnering with Client Account Servicing (CAS) Managers on client discussions.
3. Documentation & Operational Feasibility Review: Analyze Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), investment guidelines, fee schedules, ESG disclosures, and operational setups to ensure implementation feasibility.
4. Process Improvement & Mentorship: Drive regional onboarding framework enhancements and mentor/guide junior team members.
5. Risk & Controls Management: Track Day-2 items, maintain onboarding reporting, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and risk controls.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience: 5+ years in client onboarding, client servicing, or mandate implementation within asset management.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of investment products, APAC regulatory environments, and cross-market operational setups.
3. Key Skills: High execution discipline, strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, and ability to work with minimal guidance.
