Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the Annual Performance Management,Compensation Review cycle, including performance calibration, salary review, promotion exercises, annual bonus planning, and implementation.
2. Support administration of various compensation activities, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, annual personnel budgeting and sales incentive plans
3. Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys, analyze industry remuneration trends, and provide recommendations on salary competitiveness, job grading and compensation strategies.
3. Prepare insights and reports for Senior Management remuneration discussions
4. Develop and review Compensation and Benefits policies
5. Support the development of the company's compensation structure, salary bands, and job grading system
6. Lead the administration of employee benefits programs (Employee Group Insurance, flexible benefits and other staff welfare programmes), including vendor management and contract renewals.
7. Conduct salary benchmarking market surveys with market analysis to understand industry compensation trends
8. Support Organisation Design and Changes as well as workforce planning initiatives
9. To perform any other HR related duties assigned by the supervisor
