Job Description - Content & Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and synthesise audience insights into actionable recommendations and outputs.
  • Develop, review and refine user manuals, guidance materials and AI-enabled content for digital platforms.
  • Coordinate content development projects, including liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Apply brand guidelines, messaging and communication standards consistently across digital applications, staff communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct editorial reviews to ensure content is accurate, clear and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Support content planning, stakeholder engagement and project coordination across multiple workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate audience insights into practical recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and well-organised, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in content development, editorial review and brand or messaging application.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within timelines.
  • Relevant experience in communications, content, marketing, public relations or a related field will be an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
