Job Description:

The Content Team at Zopim helps achieve business results through intricately chosen words and masterfully planned content. You are a wordsmith, a craftsmen of internet content. You'll put pen to paper and write content that is read by thousands of businesses around the world. You'll plan content that draws in the reader and drives traffic to our site. You'll manage writers and inspire them to write great content for you. With passion for customer service and entrepreneurship, you'll spread our style of customer satisfaction to all corners of the internet.

• A Degree from Mass Communication and Media discipline
• A flair and passion for writing

Responsibilities: 

• Work with Product Manager and Business Team in delivering updates on live chat product
• Plan and create an editorial calendar that maps out schedule based on the business team's objectives
• Work closely with the team to understand the market pain points, our products, the competitive landscape and translate this knowledge into high impact content that nurtures through the buying funnel
• Work closely with the heads of each business project and assist in public
communications plan
• Reach out and work with industry experts, blog editors and gatekeepers to get our content published on the front page of the web
• Build our content portfolio through effective managing of resources and manpower
• Build a team of writers who will help generate content
• Ensure that content performance can be measured and tracked
• Help build the Zopim identity and branding across all channels
