Job Description - Corporate Environment Stakeholders Engagement Manager

Our client is one of the largest global Semiconductor MNC in the world and this regional position is part of the Corporate global Sustainability team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and be responsible to implement and maintain key environmental programs (GHG emissions, water, waste, …) by engaging internal and external stakeholders, including key customers, suppliers, and partners.

In close cooperation with manufacturing central functions, ensure a strong implementation of processes for benchmarking, identifying, and deploying “best environmental practices” (internal in the company and from competitors).

Contribute to the corporate sustainability reporting activities, coordinating, and implementing new/additional data reporting scheme for company main manufacturing subcontractors and company non-manufacturing sites worldwide.

Assure a function of customer relations and support for environmental matters, contributing of the management of their specific requests.

Participate and represent company Sustainability/Environment to regional forums, associations, workshops when appropriate.

Develop and deploy awareness training, reports, business communication and webinars associated with environmental matters.

Requirements:

Project management skills and change management.

Strong interpersonal skills and real leadership attitude.

Teamwork collaborative attitude.

Flexibility to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Good knowledge of Semiconductor industry preferably with Front-End manufacturing experience, including EHS experiences (projects/programs mgt.).

Knowledge of environmental ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO14064) and international scheme/reporting tools (CDP, SBTI, GRI) will be a plus.

Excellence in writing and verbal communication.
