Prepare corporate documents, including Directors’ Resolutions and other relevant documentation, for clients.
Update and maintain clients’ company registers to ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
Manage and maintain the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
Ensure compliance with Singapore corporate enactments, statutory reporting, and filing requirements.
Monitor statutory deadlines and provide timely advice on corporate secretarial matters.
Collaborate with the accounting team, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A minimum Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification recognized under the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and contribute as a proactive team player.
Relevant experience in professional firms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to handle documentation and client communication.
Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous to liaise with clients who may prefer communication in other languages but is not a strict requirement.
