Deputy Fund Manager

A leading global real estate investment firm is seeking a Deputy Fund Manager to join its Singapore-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals on the management of institutional real estate funds across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fund Manager in overseeing the performance and strategic direction of real estate investment vehicles.
• Monitor portfolio performance, fund-level financials, cash flow, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare investment committee materials, fund reporting packs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with institutional investors, consultants, and service providers on fund-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with fund documentation, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience within real estate fund management, investments, private equity real estate, asset management, or institutional real estate platforms.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, fund structures, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
• Experience working with institutional investors and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and geographies.
