Digital Business Analyst

• Analyse business objectives, digital processes, and user needs to identify improvement opportunities and solution requirements.
  




• Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.
  




• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
  




• Review existing systems and workflows to recommend practical digital solutions and process enhancements.
  




• Collaborate with product, design, development, testing, and operations teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  




• Contribute to application solution designs by assessing feasibility, dependencies, risks, and business impact.
  




• Define acceptance criteria and support test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
  




• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and project updates.
  




• Monitor requirement changes, defects, action items, and delivery progress using suitable project management tools.
  




• Assess implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve business and customer outcomes. 
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Info-comm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  




• Relevant experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing within a digital or technology environment.
  




• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story development, solution assessment, and software delivery methodologies.
  




• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical digital solutions.
  




• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present ideas, facilitate discussions, and influence key stakeholders.
