Job Overview

Penguin Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Enterprise Sales to accelerate our growth and develop strategic relationships with NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, and large-scale AI infrastructure customers across Asia Pacific & Japan.

This is a strategic, new-business sales role focused on selling Penguin’s AI Factory Platform. You will engage executive and infrastructure stakeholders at rapidly growing NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, GPU cloud platforms, and digital infrastructure organizations. You will own complex, multi-million-dollar solution sales cycles — working with technical specialists and solution architects to deliver end-to-end AI factory programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy targeting NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, GPU cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure operators.


• Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with C-level executives, infrastructure leaders, architecture teams, and procurement.


• Identify and advance opportunities across AI factory platforms, high-density compute environments, advanced memory, cluster management software, networking, storage, and managed services.


• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and close.

• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions architecture, and delivery teams to design tailored AI Factory solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, industry events, partner engagement, and existing relationships.

• Ensure disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent use of CRM tools across the team.


• Ensure seamless post-sales engagement, fostering long-term partnerships and expanding account growth.


• Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners to enhance solution offerings and market reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success selling complex infrastructure, systems, or technology platforms (not pure capacity or pure silicon).


• Proven experience selling into or from NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, cloud service providers, OEMs, or AI-native organizations.


• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, HPC, high-density data center environments, or related technologies.

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.

• Experience managing long, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.


• Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets on multi-million-dollar deals.

• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Direct NeoCloud experience — selling at or into NeoCloud / GPU cloud providers (CoreWeave, Lambda, Crusoe, Nebius, Nscale, Fluidstack, etc.)


• AI infrastructure platforms or full-stack solutions


• OEM systems / platform sales (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, SuperMicro, or similar)


• Hyperscaler infrastructure or strategic AI/platform sales (selling into or at AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)


• NVIDIA or AMD sales / partner / solutions roles (especially platforms or reference architectures)


• High-performance computing (HPC)


• Enterprise storage or high-performance networking


• AI-ready data center or rack-scale compute platforms


• Managed infrastructure services


• Hybrid or private AI cloud infrastructure

Package

• Salary: SGD 260K to SGD 275K


• Based Commission: 60/40


• OTE: SGD 433,000 to SGD458,000
