It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.


 


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales – Corporate to lead corporate business development for our portfolio of luxury hotels in Singapore. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving corporate revenue performance, developing high‑value client relationships, and leading a high‑performing Business Development team to exceed segment targets.Reporting to the Director, Commercial Sales (Singapore), you will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing revenue opportunities, and strengthening preferred corporate partnerships across the Singapore market.


 


Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Strategy



  • Lead and inspire the Corporate Business Development team to deliver and exceed revenue goals across Singapore hotels.

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to secure preferred hotel status and maximise account value.

  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and coach the team to achieve strong outcomes.


Corporate Account Development



  • Manage and grow strategic corporate accounts, driving both transient and group business.

  • Proactively identify new corporate opportunities and increase share of wallet from existing accounts.

  • Negotiate optimal rates and commercial terms aligned with revenue and yield objectives.


Demand Generation & Revenue Optimization



  • Drive room, catering, food & beverage and ancillary revenues in line with hotel budgets.

  • Leverage data, analytics and revenue insights to support pricing, forecasting and negotiation.

  • Maximise up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities across the portfolio.


Stakeholder & Relationship Management



  • Build strong partnerships with hotel teams, Global Sales Offices (GSOs) and regional stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Events Management and Business Conversion teams.

  • Represent the hotels at sales missions, trade shows, client events and industry engagements.


Sales Operations & Governance



  • Contribute to area sales plans, budgets and market audits.

  • Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance with sales policies, systems and procedures.

  • Monitor performance against budget, prior year and market benchmarks.


People Development



  • Mentor, train and develop team members, including onboarding of new hires.

  • Support recruitment, performance management and, where required, disciplinary processes.

  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative and ethical sales culture.


 


Skills & Experience



  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in hospitality, luxury hotels or a related sector

  • Strong corporate account management and negotiation expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop sales teams

  • Strong business analytics, budgeting and commercial acumen

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • High level of professionalism and integrity

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Delphi.fdc (Amadeus Advanced) and related sales systems preferred

  • Understanding of revenue management and optimization principles
