Enterprise Application Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across consultation, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead project delivery in roles such as Technical Consultant, Project Manager, System Engineer, or Developer.
• Define and optimize business and IT use cases with customers and stakeholders.
• Design system integrations, ETL processes, automation workflows, and application architecture.
• Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
• Propose innovative technologies and enhancements to improve solution capabilities.
• Support cross-project collaboration and technical delivery when required.
• Contribute to presales activities including solution planning, feasibility validation, and effort estimation.

Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise application delivery, solution consulting, or application support.
• Strong experience designing and deploying end-to-end platform and cloud solutions.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and escalation support.
• Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio or Generative AI tools, including prompt design and AI workflow integration.
• Good understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including servers, networking, access management, deployment pipelines, and environment setup.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and recommending build-vs-buy approaches.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and deployment frameworks is advantageous.
