Our technology starts with you.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs an Equipment Engineer, you\u0027ll provide technical expertise, support, and training to shift personnel on specific tools. Your responsibilities will include:\n\n * Drive Safety Excellence by leading by example, conducting regular Gemba audits, identifying potential risks, and fostering a safety-aware culture. \n * Managing new equipment startups and collaborating with vendors for acceptance\n * Developing preventive maintenance (PM) procedures for optimal efficiency and quality\n * Creating corrective maintenance (CM) procedures and troubleshooting guides for shift personnel\n * Participating in cost, cycle time, quality, and continuous improvement projects.\n * Defining work instructions and operating procedures for alignment and shop floor behavior\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues\n * Project management, design integration, and data analysis\n * Reporting, data gathering, and presentations\n * Collaborating with vendors on tool-related issues and improvements\n * Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Degree in Microelectronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Material Science. \n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n * Ability to work effectively in a team environment\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
