Facility Technician
Job Description
⢠To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists.
⢠Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.
⢠Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.
⢠Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.
⢠Able to draw basic conclusion from data of meter readings.
⢠To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.
⢠To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule.
⢠Able to carry out troubleshooting works for facility system.
⢠Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.
⢠To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.
⢠To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.
⢠Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.
⢠Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
⢠Participate in facilities improvement project.
⢠Participate in Companyâs Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.
⢠To perform any other facility and/or security related work as assigned by management.
⢠Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.
Job Requirements
⢠Minimum 3 years' experience as facility technician in a factory/manufacturing environment
⢠Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Management or GCE O Level
⢠Basic Microsoft Office Skills
⢠Good communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
