Ltd.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Failure Analysis Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n * Perform electrical and physical failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices using a broad range of analytical tools and instruments.\n * Prepare samples and execute FA workflows to identify defect mechanisms and provide actionable insights to engineering teams.\n * Develop and optimize analytical techniques, methodologies, and test recipes to enhance lab capability and efficiency.\n * Operate, maintain, and calibrate FA laboratory equipment to support day-to-day operations and meet project timelines.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Test Engineering, RMA Engineering, Process, Design, etc) to interpret FA results and support root-cause investigations.\n * Document results, prepare technical reports, and present findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders.\n\n\n\nJob Requirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline; specialization in semiconductors or microelectronics is preferred.\n * Minimum 3 years of hands-on failure analysis experience in the semiconductor industry.\n * Experience with ATE/test engineering and/or lab operations is an advantage.\n * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and diagnose device failures.\n * Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.\n * Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.\n * Positive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.\n * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
