Field Service Engineer (Power/UPS/PLC/ MNC /UP $4,500)

☑ SINGAPOREANS ONLY

☑ Mon-Fri, 8.45 am – 5.30 pm

☑ Open to standby duties if project requires

• Support engineers in conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus. 
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. 
• Provide field operations and technical support to customers, helping them identify their needs and offering post-sales service solutions. 
• Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve technical problems. 
• Deliver field feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to assist in new product development and improvements to existing products. 
• Manage the procurement of spare parts from Supplier
